interview - Julia Restoin-Roitfeld

I so love Julia...amazing style like her mother...thought you guys would like to read this little interview, let me know what you think!
xoxo

Julia Restoin-Roitfeld
, art director (and daughter of the French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld).
WHAT I’M WEARING NOW An Azzedine Alaïa shirt or dress. In the city, it’s a shirt; on holiday, it’s a dress. Ksubi shorts. Miu Miu shoes, which I just bought. The jewelry is a mix of Pamela Love, Cartier and some vintage. The earrings are Urban Outfitters.
STYLE CREDO I don’t like a total look. Whether it’s high fashion or Topshop, I like to mix it up.
ON MY WISH LIST The YSL stilettos with a huge hidden platform — whatever makes me taller and gives me longer legs, I love. And the whole fall collection from Balmain. I wore one of the dresses at Cannes. It was a fight to get it. Everyone wanted to wear Balmain.
ADVICE FROM MOM Not to pluck my eyebrows and that it’s O.K. to mix navy and black.
WHAT I’M TAKING TO IBIZA As little as possible. They tend to lose your luggage, and I like to stay home and chill anyway. A couple pairs of shorts, a couple vintage summer dresses, a Chloé bikini, a Repetto one-piece and a vintage suit that I can’t swim in.
WHAT I’M WORKING ON I just finished the Rock & Republic ad campaign, and I worked with Dasha Zhukova to create a logo for her art center and foundation. But for right now, I’m working on getting my new office ready.
